The latest controversy in the 'land of continued controversy' is the 'real cost' of nationwide cloud-seeding operations to clear the haze! :D

We are now told that it is shrouded in secrecy due to an apparent gag order over the figure but latest estimates are that it could have move over the RM2 milion mark!

Interestingly, there is a claim by Meteorological Department, deputy director-general, Che Gayah Ismail who has stated that they were ordered not to disclose the costs!

Aiyoh and I wonder why?

In Malaysia ini - everything is secret ahh?

I smell a rat...$$$$$$$$$$$$ :D

First and foremost, there isn't any haze around Malaysian skies... what haze... where, where? show me! So, the cloud-seeding exercise need to be done in hush-hush manner. It is also kept at low-key as not to embarass the brothers from next door Indonesia - the culprit and irresponsible country! What good is a Presidential Apology - its an annual affair Pak Susilo - so your apology is just a charade. Stop the open burning once and for all.

Remember in 1998 during the Commonwealth Games? It is now 8 years later and Indonesia is still at it. It just show how irresponsible those buggers are and how they treat their 'promises'. While thousands suffer from bronchitis, asthmatic attacks and the rest of us have to endure the unhealthy air, Indonesia continue to have clear skies, the winds are always blwoing towards the north.

Malaysia should just send the blardy bill for the cloud-seeding to Indonesia, for all I care!
