Hey... shifting to new condo soon, perhaps in this 2 months time. Won't be staying in Subang..

one thing very headache except the installment is the renovation, furniture and electric appliances thingy that has to be ready... Gosh..

Anyone is doing renovation? Can give me some rough idea of what I need.. like grill? Ceiling.. Wiring.. ?

What about design?? Should I get some interial design to design my house?

And.. since I'll be out of budget.. anyone is selling off their fridge.. washing machine.. kindly pm me ya..

Please give some advice too.. first time and have no idea what to do next..

First of all, you must clearly identify what kind of budget u have.

Next, allocate the budget based on necessity rather than nice to have.

The necessities such as :-
1. Grill
2. Wiring (as u don't want your new house full of conduit casing in the future, do u?)
3. Alarm system (This may check with your alarm installer, ask them to do up the wiring first... but fix the alarm later)

To me, interior design is good to have but not necessary. It is better to use your limited cash for other things. (Unless u tell me u have unlimited cash, then by all means, please engage a interior designer).

Be more creative, design your own. Take a stroll at Ikea for some ideas.
