Looking thru all the forum catagories, I guess this is the best place to share that the 2008 Green Card Lottery application has been opened from Oct 4 and closes Dec 3, 2006.

This Green Card GOV site (http://www.dvlottery.state.gov/) takes you to the government site that is free, and applications are done online.

I find their photo size quite unique. Where can I snap a 300x300 photo around that don't cost me a bomb ? :(
