Tea Flavoured Beancurds


20 pcs Five Spice Firm Beancurd (small size)
5 sachets Red Tea Bags
6 Star Anises
25g Cinnamon Stick
2 slices Fresh Ginger
2 stalk Spring Onion

Adequate Boiling Water


50ml Light Soya Sauce
40g Sugar
25ml Chinese Rice Wine
1 tsp Salt

1) Soak tea bag with 2 cups of boiling water for 20 minutes. Then, keep in aside.
2) Place the beancurds into a pot. Pour in red tea and boiling water (just enough to cover the beancurd)
3) Add in the rest of the ingredients and seasoning, bring to boil.
4) Reduce to low heat and cook for about 20 minutes.
5) Remove from heat and leave to cool.
6) Serve.
