some simple stats to begin wiv :

residence : usj 3
period stayed in subang domain : used to play hide n seek on where subang parade stands proud (??) now :p :eek:
x-skool : st john & la salle pj :)
criminal records : none! :rolleyes:

other than the above-mentioned, pls feel free n do not feel hesitate to ask n i'll think whether i cld n wld answer anot, heh :D

birdie : pardon my ignorance but that expertise actually falls under the field of valuers (valuation). but wat i can tell is that the approved proposed exit access to the kesas hiway fr/to main road leading to USJ3D/3C/B & A shld at least giv some effex rite no?

the project has been approved but pending on construction fer some reason(s) that is alien to me :)
