Flea markets in Summit / Subang Parade

Anybody has experience selling at the flea markets in Summit / Subang Parade? What are the stuff that usually sells well?

A few of us are quite keen on opening up a stall for the weekends just for the experience of it.

ive lived in subang fer ages but neva knew of any flea market there in summit or subang parade ... precisely wherebout n when eh dude?

Tons of vinyls in Cash Converters store but mostly in bad shape. There's a regular stall in Amcorp mall flee market selling lots of nice vinyl.

im not sure if i went to the rite place in parade & summit, but i do not c any flea market there ... did i go on the wrong day? pardon my ignorance n hope to c someone wld shed some lights to me pls.

I've not been to the one in Subang Parade. The one at Summit, was there ages ago on a Sunday afternoon... is in front of Popular bookstore I think. Or a floor above/below. Around that vicinity lah.

Hi guys and gals,

Guess what ? The Summit flea market had been closed since April. According to the management, it failed to attract sellers.

How do I know this ? I was one of the seller. I personally thought it was a good response, albeit only few stalls were set up. It made the area there pretty lively. ANd business was not bad, depending on what you sell. And now the area there ( in front of Popular ) is pretty empty and "dead".

It would be good if any of you here who are interested in opening a stall there, get together, and propose to the management to re-organise the flea market.

Sorry, I don't mean to be rude or arrogant by using the adjectives "dead" to describe the situation at Summit after the closure of the flea market.

Summit USJ managemnet reserves the rights to publish official situation of its premises.

But I just hope the flea market will be brought back as it gives a chance for people who just want to leisurely earn some side income.

Hi all..I am organizing a flea market, car boot sale and a motor trading event on Sundays at UPTOWN multi storey parking facility starting after raya (awaiting green light from the management)..once everything is all set up and ready to go, I shall post again here to let you all in on it..hoping to get all you sellers (and buyers) to come participate..thanks and till then, take care..
