Hi again,
I have a unique situation here,..... well, at least unique to me....
There is a team of 2 partners who are keen to rent my place.
In the Tenancy Agreement, they asked me to put both names as the tenants, and both will sign on the Tenancy Agreement as tenants.
I have always seen Tenancy Agreements where one party acts as the Landlord(or Landlady) and another ONE party acts as the Tenant.
What are the complications if there are 2 parties acting as the Tenant(s) ?
Furthermore, if their relationship turns sour in their business venture, how does this affect me as the Landlord ?
