by the way, can a lawyer ask their clients to forge the signature of another person? one lawyer actually ask me to do so...is that right?

It is illegal to fraud signature of another and it would be classified under fraud. But I don't know your situation here unless you furnish me with more information. Either way, the answer is no. Forging another's signature deem the contract illegal and unenforceable. Report him to the bar council.
