Anyone who is crazy for books ? I have a list of book shops that I love to go to to purchase books. The 2nd hand book shops have some education books that are really worth buying: -

1) Payless Book - One Utama
2) Big Bookshop - Atria Jaya
3) MPH - Mid Valley
4) MPH - Subang Parade
5) University Bookshop - Section 14
6) Payless Book - Atria Jaya ( :( but closed down)
7) Kinokurnya - KLCC

anyone has any other place in their mind, that sells variety of books (engineering , managment, mathematics, biology, chemistry, science, computers, programming, etc. ) at a reasonable price ?

Border's at the curve.

Unlike other bookshops, border's do not wrap their books n mags. in fact, they encourage reading there.

they have a wide variety of books, and watch out for their clearances, or even buying 3 books for the price of 2, and these can even include works from big names such as sophie kinsella, john grisham, amy tan, milan kundera, tony buzan, sudoku books and much much more.

the best part, there's a starbucks in there and u can just sit n read :D

Reader's Corner at lower ground of subang parade. Good selection of books. They do the rent-a-book thingy.

A slow walk along Kings Cross Road from Covent Garden and northwards will stock you up with enough books for the next 10 years of reading...... I'm a weak soul in this regard....i just can't stop myself.....hmmmm it's going to require a 20 ft container to get all this back to My.....and a second house in USJ to fill up to the rooftop .... :D

You can also try the MPH at 1 Utama, they have offers sometimes that's not available at the other MPHs. At the moment is triple points when you purchase books on Wednesday. Helps towards getting some rebates later. :D

there's another pay less book shop at summit and also carrefour subang. both the shops are located at the lower ground level.
