Anyone can cap from TV ?

Anyone here got the technical know-how to cap from TV to pc ? If there is, then I have a humble request to you. Tonight(26/07/2006), Astro Channel 80 will be showing the World Cup 2006 Goals compilation at 11pm. This is a 1 hour programme. I will appreciate it if you can cap this programme and upload it into a bittorrent file. Every World Cup, I used to record and keep the highlights/goals compilation. But I couldn't record it this time as my vcr is spoiled and I don't have a dvd recorder . Hope somone can cap it tonight. I really need this compilation.
