What does MPSJ plan to do with that area? It's been fenced up for quite a while already with no work done.

What do you think they're planning to do?

Its going to be a showpiece of MPSJs ingenuity and extravagance..more likely another white elephant.

It's already been a white jumbo for the past couple of years :D

Being converted to a food court. :D

I read in newspaper sometime ago a business group is taking over the Park and converted into a foodcourt ....... personally I do not mind, rather than being a 'white elephant' (or should I say a big 'bronze' bird). :)

IMHO, I reckon its another failed MPSJ project and an utter waste of taxpayer's hard earned money which could be put to better use somewhere else.
I shake my head with utter disgust when anyone makes mention of it.

Actually if MPSJ have selected the right candidate to operate this Big Bird Park, the business here would have good responses. But alas, the kind of operator it has chosen don't even have the money to renovate the place to begin his business. I think the stalemate here could be the operator expects MPSJ to make good the Park and then hand over to them in a silver platter. I also suspect the contract terms may not be clear enough defining whose responsibilties is this. As usual like what our PM has said -we are not good at negociating. Like buying old planes that crashes now and then, build highway that cracks, negociating a bridge and end up with nothing and paying for eyes that can close only one.

And this is the guy who is living here all alone. Once a while his friend Mr and Mrs Crow from Klang
pay him a visit to give him a peck on his head and not forgetting to shiit on it.

Wow, it looks almost like a good tourist trap and photography haven.

And to think that the guy responsible for this fiasco still gets promoted. I believe the one who wasted our hard earned money is now the DG of a certain Ministry! That's transparency for you!!

Perhaps, they see it as a means of "pump priming" the economy. .. "spend to grow"...

Calling entreprenuers : In line with the government policy of assisting the public, submit your paper to "privatise" this white elephant. Of course, make sure you have the standard clause that the government (aka the public) will pay in event of any losses incurred.

That green building is called the GREEN ELEPHANT :(

I recall some months ago there was an announcement that it is finally opening for use, then was shelved again.

Maybe have to wait for Majlis BANDARAYA Subang Jaya to activate it.

That green building was suppose to be some creative building that the MPSJ is giving a contract of RM1M to some of their relatives to maintain. Guess they just took the money.

3C complex, Children's Creative Centre.

Maybe MPSJ hopes that if no one demands it to be opened, no one will pay any attention anyways, and then the issue will just disappear eventually.

Cheers, m
