As I said earlier, consultant is very loosely used here...u hv telephone consultant ( someone who only got a few weeks of lectures)....finance consultants---fresh Uni graduates....one day, i was in this bank and a Finance Consultant came to advise me on investment..when I saw this 22 yr old trying to teach me how to swim, i nearly fell off my chair....in fact consultants are everywhere here....
