SOME PEOPLE in the top suggested Brain Gain. BUT PEOPLE IN THE BOTTOM (as bottom as my drain and sewerage tank), do not read the news and are not bothered with what THE PEOPLE AT THE TOP suggested. So, they keep to their old ways and give problems to those married locally and consequently the situation of Brain Drain!

guess what? one of my friends who got married to a foreigner was questioned by the authorities. "WHY DO YOU WANT TO MARRY A FOREIGNER? IT'S VERY DIFFICULT".

what gives them the right to question who to marry and who not to marry?

that is quite funny.

as far as i know, i know couples (1 malaysian 1 foreigner) whos is able will get marry overseas, then cum back, show the immigration marriage cert, then the foreigner will be granted residency/PR here.

I read somewhere that u can have a ' conditional' marriage with call-girl in Tehran. The terms are clearly spelt out inclu the amoutn to be paid for the agreed period of time...1hr, 1 day to 1month or whatever.

Other stuff, i dunno...i am a single lost soul, in search of the perfect feminine partner...

A 'conditional' marriage cert? Or a marriage with 'conditions'?
If there is any conditional marriage cert, I'd like to know the contents of it.
If it is a marriage with 'conditions" then it is usually a pre-nuptial agreement whereby one or both parties get married on conditions set in the agreement, be it based on money and property matters, or other conditions that can be rather strange.
What 'conditions' are you trying to figure out?

a conditional marriage is a prenuptial agreed marriage as defined by ms sasha. Each party state up front on whats to divide on the material possessions, custody of children (if any), visitation rights and even down to respect of individual's right of way. This type of marriage can work for some and not for others. Its is common amonsgt the rich & famous in the west.

YAB lato's defination is prevalent in the middle east countries. It is against the religion to have singlw opposite sex as company let alone as co-habit companion. Casual sex is frowned upon but prostitution is prevalent and controlled. There is a state body which will issue a 'temporary licence' or a conditional marriage (as defined broadly by YAB lato) where a male can engage a professional call girl on a preagreed time frame, usually not more than a few hours, for an agree sum of money. This circumvents the morality of 'khalwat' and allows an indirect way for the authority to 1) tolerate sex outside of marriage 2) a sum of money collected as a fee.
So all in all, its not a bad idea. Everyone turns out a winner.
