Hi Everyone,

I just relocated to Malaysia with my Malaysian husband January this year. I'm originally from Hong Kong and now live in Damansara Jaya. We haven't started any businesses in Malaysia yet. In Hong Kong, we own a Management Consultancy Business which is still running.

In view of the difficulties that people experience (myself included) we are starting an information sharing get-to-gether every last Tuesday of the month to help people get things done. The first event is to be held on 30 May at Boulevard Hotel, Midvalley. Check out our website. It'll give you more information (www.6Degreers.com) It's a formatted, interactive and fun event. I think it's a great platform for people to obtain knowlege. Hope to meet you all there!

Hi Anthony,

Great! It's taken quite a bit of work to set this up. Contrary to what some people are thinking, we are not a direct distributor nor are we selling anything. It is, what I say it is - a coming together of people to share information and contacts in the hope of being able to help each other.

Please do ask the receptionist to bring you to the organisers. They'll be able to point me out. My husband and I would like to meet you!

HK mahjong kaki ah? If you find some let me know! And I thought I had finally cured my addiction when I moved here......Actually I enjoy the conversation more than anything.

How come you're interested in playing HK mahjong? Do you go there often? Or are you an ex Hongky yourself?

I'm actually interested in playing the type you play here with all the jokers (is that what you call them?) Played it once. Really enjoyed it, but honestly speaking, have forgotten how to play already - hehehe

well mahjong sessions are social gatherings for most Hkers

its not unexpected that gossips and small talks dominate the sessions

mahjong is a national art and pasttime in mainland china Hk and taiwan and is not construe as a form of gambling unlike in SEA

the'fairest' form of mahjong is the taiwanese version with little chance of cheating and manipulation by the players
