Looks like a good site.
I normally visit such knowledge sites regularly
to update myself. There are other sites like, New Scientist, Science Daily, Scientific America, etc.
Here is one useful article from the above site.
People influence us -- we don't realize it
Yale University scientists say how people express their views exerts a contagious, strong influence on other people, often without them even realizing it.
The researchers say we should not assume we are aware of most of the important influences on our behavior and judgments, and to accept that there are influences we do not know about. Only then, they said, would one have a chance at counteracting those influences and regaining control.
As a human we should make an attempt to understand how our behavior, especially the negative ones, came about. Easy said than done, but it is normally win-win if we try.

human behaviors are shaped by the inherited genes by the parents.positive and negative actions are already there.the good things is we have conscience that control our actions.

The ancient book I am reading now reports about the relationship of energy and mass (human beings). It mentions the a scientist named Pierrakos ever used a static camera to take pictures of the energy of a tree and then proved that the leaves and stems actually grew later according to the picture taken earlier. This book claims that human DNA are related to the energy and is possible to be controlled for the purpose of health.
It also points out : if we convert the time that universe was formed (15 billion years) and the existence of human on earth (3 million years) to 24 hours, it means that the universe was formed 24 hours ago and human just exists on earth the last 35 seconds.
Then it is not difficult to understand why Socrates said, he knows nothing..

i like this example and have used it regularly to emphasize that we humans need to be humble and show humility. We cannot be too sure of what we know or believe.
As i had said earlier, i am do not prefer to discuss religious and political issues in depth in a community forum like USJ.com.
For those who are very eager to discuss religious or political issues, they should visit this local related site.

There is this ongoing discussion on religion which i find very interesting and informative. Discussions are very open. Read the comments. (http://www.malaysia-today.net/MMblues/2006/04/in-search-of-islam.htm#comments)
