Wow. I thought that this would be a gook place to lepak and unwind but it looks like i am the only one here. Is this place doomed for abandonment?

Hello CCY, Alex and Steven,
Hope you are all feeling a little more relaxed by the time you read this. Various teas and coffees (or decaf for those who cant sleep at night) are available. Dash of kahlua, brandy or rum in the coffee also can. How about Boh cameronian, rooibos, Orange pekoe, chamomile, lavendar, oolong or even green tea?
Sit back and take deep breath , i know it's been a rough day, especially for KWChang who seems to be so busy trying to get everything organized around here. I'm sure he is doing the best he can. I was wondering where this thread went to. hahah..
I wonder now, if things get so heated up in the forum, what is it really like at the TT.
It is a new day ahead, smile, and the whole world will smile with you. Flash that dazzling teeth. Go on, dont be shy. Sip on your coffee/tea, lean back, and let your cares away.

Hi Sasha,
The TT sessions are not really heated as in arguements.
Most times they engage in private chats.
It is a bit like Cheers (the TV comedy serial) - "where everybody knows your name". When u walk in to the TT-session, the whole gang will call out to you. Really friendly bunch.
BTW, did the sticky thread "Where have the threads gone?" help you to relocate this thread?

Good Morning KWChang,
How are you this morning? I found this thread after i realized that it was no longer in the usual forum place. So i looked around for a bit, and found it. Maybe one day we'll meet at the TT session.

Perhaps if you call Chang up, he would use his taxi to come and ferry you? Unless you want to go in Orchipalar's 4x4.

Sasha

Hello Jose,
I don't think I will be calling Chng anytime soon unless he offers me a ride one day. In the meantime, I wil consider Orchipalar's offer but i don't know if he really want me to ride with him as he seems to want me on the roof?????
BTW, how come some people are being so hostile towards you regarding the TT? I have been wondering about that, hence my question about how the TT gathering goes, but as Chang replied, it is supposedly ok.
Hello Firefly. I like this chatterbox thing here. It is rather nice. How are you today?

I don't know ar and it doesn't bother me the slightest. In one of my exchanges with Leewinnie, I mentioned that we do not need others to approve how we live our lives. I am happy. I have good friends. I have Angelina Jolie to push my wheelchair and now I have Keira Knightley (and boy was somebody furious about that). I posted love songs. I chat with my friends here. I eat Jack's fried cicaks. I have my eyes poked out by Mon, Cyanide and Leewinnie. I pull a few legs here and there with Kokomo. I like PCYeoh's new theory on Glass Houses. I look and my mouth waters at Sham and Leewinnie's virtual bakery spread. I exchange friendly banter with others. I am having a good life. Well. If some of them are not happy with the way I live my life, I only have this to say: Eat Your Hearts Out.
However, let me assure you (as a newcomer) that there may be some who absolutely hate my guts but there are also many who accept me for what I am and have been very good and supportive to me - here online and privately.
:)

hahahah,, you're so funny. That was rather nice of you to take time to explain all that to me. Maybe I will wait a while longer before I decide to join the gatherings.
I did read PCYeoh's 'glass house' explanation. That certainly was an eye opener as i do like walking around the house in the buff whenever i can. There is nothing quite like having that 'freedom' but now I think I had better be careful about that.
Are you having a nice day off today?

Hello....I'm just checking out the furnitures in my new corner office. Spanking new, same old friends....this is good life. :D
I chat with my friends here. I eat Jack's fried cicaks. I have my eyes poked out by Mon, Cyanide and Leewinnie.
:)
Not only that Sasha. I am hoping to dig out his brains for my jar.

hahaha.. having eyes poked out, brains dug out, eating cicaks, what next? Do you think cicak goes well with coffee or tea? Or would Jose require something a little stronger?

Ya. But only after consumption of 30 biji of gingko. Then Mon can look into the jar and see the lottery numbers for the future. Don't forget to share them with Cyanide, okay?
Sasha

If Mon looks into the jar of Jose's brains and see lottery numbers , that would be okay, but if she sees a fish with numbers in that brain, we might be in for a bit of shock. Who knows what is swimming in Jose's mind.

Sasha,
In this world, they are always some friend and enemy exist in our life, some show smiling with a "kris" behind you, some show smiling with a hand offer to help, some would think stepping on you head to get themself visible to everyone, some can't afford to see ppl laughing all day and happy with their own life.
Dont judge someone too early but always tell ourself, we are just virtual friend

Hi Winnie,
I have encountered all the people you mentioned. Various emotions have stirred and I learned to pick up the pieces when necessary , and move on. I figured, if I don't give people a chance, then I might not meet someone really great. Virtual or otherwise, I have met them all. Still, I am here and crazy enough to open the doors to possibilites, which are endless, I might say.
I don't go around judging people, so there are no expectations from me. I take things as they come. I'm sure you have been around here long enough to know where you want to draw the line, as I look at it, I am not surprised. Not everyone can be trusted, that is for sure. :)
Sasha,
Dont judge someone too early but always tell ourself, we are just virtual friend
Yes. Agree with you. But virtual friends could one day, be our real true friends. Wanna know what I think makes a truly good friend?
She/He is someone whom you could cry with during bad times. Everyone knows how good it would be to have a friend during their times of troubles.. to cry on their shoulders. But in reality...people don’t like it if you cry on their shoulders for too long.
Hence a true friend is someone who would allow you to cry on their shoulder until you’re done crying. And if you’re crying for too long, your friend would make you snap out of it. They help you pull yourself back together.. rather than just give you a fake “Now now dear” and then going bla bla bla about their lives. You’ll be able to tell real quickly who your true friends are during the difficulties and uglier times of your life.
True friends are the only ones who would still hang around. No matter what.
