500gr of fettucini
200gr peas
200gr beans
4 slices of parma ham
6 onions
50gr butter
6tbs fresh cream
salt
pepper
parmesan

METHOD
Cut ham into fine strips
peel and wash the onions then slice and cook for 10 minutes in butter low heat.
Add strips of ham and fresh cream.Season with pepper.
Cover and heat gently without boiling. Cook pasta in salted water. After 3 minutes cooking, add beans and peas. Cook for a further 3 mins. Strain evrything. Pour cream over ham. Stir and serve and grate parmesan on top.
