People nowadays have hair loss problems because of 'hair abuse'. Perming, straightening, bleaching, coloring and what nots. All the chemical build up on the hair and especially scalps constitutes to hair loss. I've been abusing my hair since school time... aiyo, going botak soon lah... now have to use hair fortifying shampoo to control my hair loss.

This Friday, don't think so I'm going lah... too far away for me...

hey peter...maybe u can try the 1 day trial and see for yourself... ;) for me its convinient for me since i am always working in different areas around klang valley(sometimes i work in KL, sometimes in PJ, sometimes in cyberjaya) so with FF i can go to any branch to exercise after work instead of rushing back to USJ... since they have many branches...

as for TF they only have 2 branches one in hartamas and one i usj....

bt i like the drinks section in FF they have more variaty then TF... also i found many strange ppl in TF in the hartamas branch...after 10pm...ppl with tattoos all over their body start walking in the gym...kindda feel insecure too...

equipments are pretty new and well maintain too in FF..only bad thing is you have to pay for the personal trainner to teach you how to use all the machines (which costs RM100 per session)...as the trial personal training only covers a few machines.. overall aerobic classes are nice..and motivating for me... :)
