2 kg fresh clams
3 T.S salt
2 garlic - crushed
1 chili- sliced
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 T.s. vinegar or lime juice
1 t.s chopped ginger
1 t.s. sugar

METHOD
Sprinkle clams with salt cover clams with cold water and stand for 1/2 hours.
Drain well
Cook clams in oil until shells open. Drain.
Combine ingredients to boil then add clams.
serve.
