Where in the heavens is USJ 29?

I cannot find USJ 29 in the map. I also asked around but no one knows. Maybe someone does (http://mydailynuggets.blogspot.com/2006/02/where-in-heavens-is-usj-29.html).

how come you looking for USJ 29? all i know the very last of usj is 27 only.... :D

Err...perhaps a logical explanation may lie in the following:-

I remember seeing a map from Sime UEP in one of their pamplets/invitation card for new house launch. USJ 28 and 29 were actually Putra Heights, the areas next to the Elite Highway, opposite USJ27, 26 and 23.

But nowadays, in their invitation cards, those areas are marked as Putra Heights.

You are not the first one to ask for direction there. The other day someone emailed me for direction there and when I said there is so such a place called USJ 29, he got offended and accused me of being blind. He claimed that since at one time USJ 29 ( for argument sake we presumed there is a USJ 29 just like there is also a Lochness Monster) was under the purview of JKP Zon 3 for which I am the Chairman, I should know better than anyone else. Then again today Raymond Tan being the taikor of USJ is also asking about this place. Is there something happening in USJ 29 that I don't know? Why is everybody suddenly interested in this place. Is there really a USJ 29 .......oooops, I think there is. I should not be doubtful about it. Maybe I should ask En Jumahat Subaree who is now the Chairman of JKP Zon 7 but then again, his territory stops at USJ 27. It seems there is a missing link here. Looks like everybody doesn' know where it is. I am dead curious. Maybe this weekend, I shall embark on an expedition to find the Lost Precint of USJ.

once, I was stopped by someone and asked me for direction to USJ25. They were supposed to go for a meeting there. There are USj23, 24, 26 and 27, but not USJ25.

BTW, those new houses at the junction of Jln Harmoni (on the way to USJ23 school), is that USJ25?

I live in Putra Heights, yet have never come across a USJ29. Unless, Putra Heights was initially planned to be USJ29. Or Putra Crest is supposed to be USJ29?

If I'm not mistaken, USJ25 is at Jln Harmoni, the SMK area..

Isn't it obvious ? it is a typo ! USJ is until usj 27 only. There used to be a usj 28 (putra heights area) but they axed it , there never was a usj 29.

Usj 25 is the commercial area next to usj23.

There is no longer a USJ28 it has been renamed Putra Bistari.

USJ25 has not been built yet, it is right behind the yet unfinished Shell Station next to USJ23 along the LDP Highway. To avoid the hassle of residents complaining about a petrol station next to their homes, they have built the Station first.

The houses at the junction of Jalan Harmoni is part of USJ26

As far as I know there is no USJ29, unless Sime UEP want to rename the yet unbuilt Bungalow Lots next to USJ24.

Who knows, since the houses in Putra Heights are not selling so well, Sime UEP may decide to revert to using the USJ badge. (adds more value to the property)

I am quite surprised that there are certain people who insist that there is actually a USJ29. I have even noticed that it is indicated on the official letterhead of JKP Zon7.

Could it be that it is to someone's benefit that there is a "phantom" USJ29?

Ha ha!!Which bird? never mindlah. But how ah, project in usj29 and some more got roads to be repaired? how to repair when there is no usj29? maybe it is usj 29.99. ;) and the cost also below a nice round figure..reminds me of a song Nine hundred ninety nine......this road they will tampal with plasterkah? :rolleyes: RM19,900 can buy lots of plaster. :p but as long as below RM20,000 ok lah. :(

For example do you know where is SS17 school ? It is in SS19. So you will have someone like our USJ29 seeker driving up and down SS17 looking for some lost school.

Why can't they just rename it SS19 school.

There is already a SS 19 school therefore they named it SS 17 I guess.
