1 3/4 lbs(800g)fresh baby squid
1/3cup(85ml)olive oil
1 large onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic , crushed
pinch chili flakes
2 1/2(625ml)canned of tomatoes chopped
salt and pepper
1lb(450g) spaghetti
3tbsp(45ml)chopped coriander

METHOD
Heat oil and saute onion, garlic, chilie gently for 5 to 6 minutes, until onion is soft and golden.
Add squid and cook until tender then add the tomatoes and season well with salt and pepper. Stir well, then lower the heat and cook, covered, for 30 minutes.
cook spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and transfer to a warm serving bowl. add squid sauce and coriander and stir just before serving.
