1/4lb(110g) elbow macaroni or other medium pasta shapes
vegetable oil
10oz(300g) chicken fillets
salt and black pepper
2tbsp(30ml) butter
1 honeydew melon
10oz(300g)small cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 cup(250ml) finely sliced celery

DRESSING
3tbsp(45ml)mayonnaise
1/4 cup(60ml)plain yogurt
2tbsp(30ml)cream
1/4 tsp(1ml) chilli sauce to taste
1tsp(5ml)chopped parsley for garnish
salt,black pepper and sugar

METHOD
cook pasta in boiling water until al dente.Drain ,rinse under cold water and drain again. Transfer to salad bowl and stir in the vegetable oil.
season chicken breast and cook them in butter until golden. Cool, then slice into strips and add to the pasta.
cut out the flesh of the honeydew using a spoon and add melon to the salad bowl along with the shrimp and celery.

to prepare dressing:
Mix mayo, yougurt, cream, chili sauce, parsely together season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar. pour over salad and toss lightly to coat. cover with plastic to chill for an hour or more before serving.
