Example - we cannot allow people to sneeze freely in parks. This is because other citizens have the right not to get bird flu !

I know this is a bit old, but this reminds me of the old smokers' rights debate.

I think the law are for the lawyers...while commoners only got..err..what we all have a? i think the right to engage a lawyer gua.. :)

That shouldn't be the way. Information asymmetry is fast becoming the way of the past as consumers and laymen are becoming more well informed.
