Chinese New Year is a time for reconciliation. Old grudges are forgiven. People are warm and friendly toward one another. Sometimes people exchange gifts. Notice the long queues at the 'bakua' dried bbq meats shops in Taipan?

For most of us, the most important part of the New Year celebration is to honor and respect our parents and relatives..a family affair, a time of reunion and thanksgiving.

And, an ancient belief is that the second day of the new year is the birthday of all dogs! So folks, let us be extra kind to dogs..not only for that one second day, but everyday can? :)

Here's my sincere wish of peace, longevity, happiness and good wealth for all of you.
Kong Hei Fatt Choy!!

Dear Jeff, chang & the rest of the forum leaders,
Gong Xi Fa Cai. :D :D :D

To the Average Malaysian Joe (AMJ) the stand that you, usj.com & Screenshots take is a refreshing & welcome change from the run-of-the-mill, "suck-up-for-sucking-up-sake" stands taken by numerous others who air their opinions.
The AMJ is under a constant barrage of frivolous & irresponsible measures taken by people upon whom power ( & attendant influence ) has been thrust. Such measures eat at that very heart of Freedom of Expression ............... that which is enshrined in our Constitution.

The AMJ does not have many avenues for expression .......... hence, please remember that they will always be grateful to you guys for going out on a limb for them.

Hence, May God Bless you.

Here is wishing all members of the Forum a very prosperous year.
May you come up with great topics for discussion.
May you also find answers to your nagging queries.

Above all, this Forum succeeds because of YOU, the members.
We the admin have nothing to do with it.
I have seen a few potential websites dry up because they did not have he fantastic fan-club like you members have formed.

Let me take the opportunity to apologise for any unwise decisions made by myself over the past year. I assure you that I do not let the person behind the nick bother me. My decisions are on the nick and not the person. I do tend to my banana plantation for the well-being of the Forum. My obligation to Jeff is to keep this one award-winner of a Forum healthy and thriving for as long as possible.

Chang, you are doing a great but thankless job of tendig to the larger good.
Remember, you and I are just the nameless ones who are just facilitators.
The power of effecting change comes from the community that talks to itself.
Like the one and only folks from Subang Jaya USJ.

For the Year of Dog, may you bite be stronger than the bark.

Happy Dog Dog Chiang! :D

No apology needed. U have been doing a great job ........
The job is trying & thankless ??? YES ... But you are still rocking man ....
Jeff & you have the stamina and the resolve not to lose sight of what this forum seeks to achieve.
May your tail stay high and bushy in this Dog Year !!!!
