Minced Lamb Pasta

Spaghetti/ fettucine
minced lamb
5 garlic- minced
1 large onion- chopped
pepper and salt
1 can button mushrooms - sliced
oregano
1 small can tomato puree.

METHOD
boil spaghetti/ fettucine till aldente and strain
Marinade lamb with 1 tbsp oregano, salt and pepper- let it stand for and hour.
IN pan heat oil and fry onion and garlic till fragrant and add lamb and sliced mushrooms.
cook lamb till all moisture is lost
add 1 can tomato puree and 1/2 can water
let it cook for 5 minutes and add 1 tbsp oregano- cover.
serve over pasta.
