PuduRaya to USJ

Hi,


Can anyone let me know what's the best way to go from PuduRaya to USJ?

Let's say I'm taking the bus from Ipoh to PuduRaya, how can I reach USJ either by Monorail or LRT? :confused:
Which is the nearest station? :confused:

From Puduraya ; you take either Metro #10 or #13 to USJ.

What about going to Summit in USJ? That's the landmark.

From PuduRaya, you can take Star LRT - Masjid Jamek (interchange) - Putra LRT to KL Sentral - change to KTM Komuter - Subang Jaya.

At Subang Jaya there is Yellow Mini Bus route from Carrefour , USJ, Puchong , Summit. (0.80 cents per ride).

Total estimated time: 2-3 hrs. :(

From Subang Jaya to KL SENTRAL by KTM Komuter is abt 45min lor. Take bicycle even faster lor. :D

Hiya Alex, yes, I'm here. Wanted to get some info. No, I'm not coming to USJ. My dad asked me to find out cos he's lazy to drive. Sumore festive season, with the Ops Sikpa thingy. If I come, I think USJ will flood!

Actually, ungkb's suggestion is the best (he is the best source for bus-info in USJ!).

Once you get to PuduRaya, get out of the building and go to the shops across the road from the KotaRaya shopping complex (landmark : MacDonalds is at the corner of the KotaRaya complex). The Metrobuses stop on the roadside across the road from KotaRaya. Get onto any one of those buses mentioned by ungkb. Ask the conductor if the bus goes to the specific section of USJ. Depending on the bus number, the route may be a bit long as they meander within USJ but nonetheless, you need only take one bus and it gets you as near as possible to your destination. The stop opposite KotaRaya is the starting point in KL, so you should have no problems getting a seat. The bus could get pretty full on a working day.

For LRT , they go as far as only Kelana Jaya station. Now there's even Metro #3 which is the same as #4 in all other details except the number.

As mention by kwchang, "The stop opposite KotaRaya is the starting point in KL", could anyone tell me, where it passes from there before reaching USJ.
And where does it passes when it leaves USJ.
(I need landmarks, in between USJ and Kotaraya, TQ) :D

Can I stop flag down the bus in front of the Court 9 entrance instead of in front of the 7-11?

I hope I could get some answers from all of you..

For Metro #10 & 13 :

1. The route taken from KL is - It passes by PJ Hilton (along F. Highway) entering Bdr Sunway SS 15/14 => SS 17/18 => SS 19 => USJ 3/4 => Going seperate ways

2. Metro 13 : USJ 2 => USJ 1 => Sbg Permai => Turning back @ Sbg Perdana 7/USJ 8/14 => Psrn Kwj => Summiy USJ => SS 15 => Sbg Carrefour (1 round)

3. Metro 10 : Up to USJ 12 => USJ 11 => USJ 13/9 => USJ 14 => Sbg Perdana 10 - 7 => Psrn Kwj => USJ 2 => USJ 3/4

I understand that Metro #10 & #13 operates from Puduraya to USJ. My question is:

1. What time is the last bus, on a Sunday nite?
2. Does it pass thru Sunway?
3. How long is the journey?
4. Is it still operated by Metrobus or has it merged with RapidKL or change in bus no.?
5. Does Metro#10, #13 leave from Kotaraya or Puduraya? :confused:

Some express buses from outstation (e.g. Penang) arrives at Puduraya from 11.30pm-12.30pm, can passengers still catch a bus back from Pudu to Sunway in time?

-LRT stations shut down around 11.30-11.45pm even if one can catch the last train out of Puduraya, what time wld he/she arrive at Kelana Jaya station and in time to get on the last RapidKL shuttle?

-Taking those freaking taxi's at these hours will cost more than the express bus fare!!
