Steak burgers

makes 4
4x200g minute steak
1 tbspoon honey
2 tbspoon teriyaki sauce
1tbsp plum sauce
1 tbspoon oil
1 loaf unsliced white bread
1 large carrot
extra 1 tbsp oil
1 big onion, sliced
1 large tomato, sliced
bbq sause to serve

Method
Place steaks in a large bowl, add honey, sauces and oil, mix well. Cover , refrigerated for several hours or over night.

cut loaf evenly into 8 thick slices. toast.
Using a vegetable peeler, cut carrot into long thin strips.
Heat extra oil in a large pan, add steaks, cook on both sides until browned and cooked, as desired. drain on absorbent paper.
Arrange steaks on toast, top with carrot , onion, tomato and lettuce if prefered. drizzle with bbq sauce.
