MPSJ wrong priority

The road between the KTM and Psrn Kewajipan, alongside Carrefour is a nightmare. It is 2-lane but people always park along 1 lane, causing traffic congestion.

But along Persiaran Kewajipan it is 3-lane, and though traffic is sometimes havy, there is no congestion.

However MPSJ always summon along Persiaran Kewajipan where there is not congestion, but no summon along Carrefour.

If u realise, there is a notice board at the junction before SJMC and MasinNiaga traffic light mention that the construction work would be completed by October 2005 when the work started on September. As expected, the construction work still going on. This is one of the reason the traffic you mention early is so bad. Moreover, those "smart" ppls like to stop/park their car just beside Carrefour, even though parking at Carrefour is FREE OF CHARGE !!!

Whenever there is a Public Transportation Station, School area or Friday Praying day. There will be NOT Summon issue. :cool: . Get what I means.....

another "bengong" thing the MPSJ/MPPJ does is saman within housing area. Granted there is a line, which I was told that nowadays doesnt matter white or yellow line. All saman! We park on a white line and don't block traffic. We have to park there, with houses only fitting one car these days... where in sam hill are we supposed to park then?

and again, since when white and yellow line is the same thing. if it is then why the two colors?
