Got GYM center at puchong???

I live at Pusat Bandar Puchong (area opposite tesco at Puchong), i wish to build a nice body shape, so does anyone know the nearest GYM center at puchong? :confused: If got, can you tell me it address, contact number and also the fee, please... :)

there is a gym inside Michael Hall badminton court in Bdr Puteri. If I am not mistaken, you can pay per entry or join the monthly package. Pay per entry is RM 8.Not sure about monthly fees.They also can get u personal trainer but with extra charges. :)

Went to that badminton hall there and played once .. pretty costly for the rental of the hall and there isn't any ventilation there, sauna !!!

But as for the gym, I won't know much bout it ..

Haha ... my guess is if u want good workout machines and nice environment should try out the latest fitness centre in taipan ... TRUE Fitness ... ;)

thanks for your suggestion kokomo, but taipan is a bit far for me... :p but i know that in future (the date not sure yet...), puchong will also has a fitness center, it the location is near to the MOBIL oil station, beside the Binary College building... :) i just hope that it can be build as soon as possible... :)

heard bout that too but that would definitely take a long time to come up wif a fitness centre there .. now almost all puchong residents are working out in subang .. while waitin' for the new fitness centre to open there ..

used to hv all those gym equipment at home but now hv given away all of them .. :o yea, though its healthy but then wat we're doing now is carryin' weights .. so if we dun do it properly also could hurt ourselves u know ..

i agree with you kokomo, because last time i also get hurt before, maybe i did too much exercises per day and the ways are incorrect! :P but i think the most important thing for keeping a nice body shape are consistency & persistency in doing exercise and controlling our diet, right! ;)

Errmm .. as a guy i dun really think we really need to keep such a nice shape lo .. cos women dun really prefer that nowadays as i've oledi surveyed but also dun be so big la .. hehe ..

some muscles , sum beer belly a lil of both would be jz nice kua ..

anyway, exercise 3 times in a week shud be jz nice also .. cos if too often like evryday, our body practically dun hv the time to relax ... i mean our muscles ... that way won't c much results .. :)

i know got new Fitness Centre starting in June!! the name is True Fitness which is the biggest centre in Asia!! got a lot of facilities there and the price also not expensive!! you can call George at 012-9339318!! he is a nice counselor!!

I used to be a fitness first member but now i am waiting for true fitness to open in taipan. I was told that they will open on March 2006 but recently I called and they said that it's going to open in June. Hopefully they won't delay it again as I have already started paying my money to them. :mad:

Even fitness first in IOI mall started later but they are operating now. I wonder whether true fitness in taipan is having some financial problems or what. :confused:

chowyeen, am also waitin' for true fitness in taipan to open then go there workout. But apparently, they have already allowed some members to workout in true fitness with their half complete building or should i say 1/3 completion of building here.

Their main lobby, inside there .. got a few equipments ready to be used already .. that's why some members are eager to go there workout, i think. Maybe you can check out that place again.

Hi FY. Have you found the ideal gym center in Puchong for you? I am looking for one also as I live in Puchong Utama. Any Fitness First @ IOI Puchong member here? Would like to ask for some advice. Is the place okay or not? How about the fee? I heard that if member-gets-member, they will waive the registration fee. True ah?

Please note that puchong united gym has moved to a new location just a few blocks from its old place. It is just at the junction of bukit jalil highway
