As x'mas is another week away ... is anyone out there would start to prepare your signature dish on this auspicious day for your guest ? Or you would just get the main course like a whole turkey from hotels to present on your open hse ?

Last year I remember that my mom would start preparing the ingredients for spagetti and my dad on the day itself cooks the spagetti .. :D My sis would do her coleslaw which everyone loves and look fwd to evry year ...
As for me, of cos i'll be there more than ever ready to eat all their food ... hehe .. :D

Other dishes would be:-
1. Whole Turkey (sheraton hotel)
2. Beef rendang
3. Tandoori mini chicken (by my uncle)
4. Roast chicken
5. Curry prawns w/ pineapple
6. Fruit jelly
7. Agar-agar
8. Fried mee & mee hoon
9. Chicken curry (kapitan style)
10. Mee hoon siam (by my uncle)
11. Crates of beer :D
12. Crates of red wine :D
13. Liqours :D
14. Soft drinks & cordeal

All that was only last year ... I guess this year I would be having only ermm ... if only my mom wants to cook this year ... :(
