Recently bought a NAZA local assembly car, but their service is way too suck. Complaint until Head of Techincal site and Customer Service already. Still finding their service is not good....

always keep me waiting, and can not promise when my car will be done.
been trying replacing some part for my car, problem could not be solved, and problems remain there....

I just wonder if I complaint directly to KIA in Korea ? will it work ? or it is useless since NAZA is a local assembly car

any idea where should I complaint ?

Complain to the fat lady. She was the one with the APs and she wanted to create a motor trade empire for the bumis.
Tell her even TM with his potong can give better service, sure get response one :D :D
