Normally when ppl say exotic would meant, eel, waterfish, bear hand, snake meat and etc...the place would be at Puchong 14th mile...

For Subang, I am not sure of good chinese restaurant, but go to PJ Paramount, the restaurant name is Woh Fong...its situated right behind the old cinema there...

Hi KoKo
Is Choong Foong at the end of the runway or is at the town itself?

Ski, how bout North Port Klang seafood? Try the Port Village restaurant. I know their kangkung belachan is pretty good, and butter prawns are good too. Mantis prawns are better, something unusual huh. Love the sweet sour crabs with 'mantau' (little balls of deep fried bread) to dip into the crab sauce..and err..fish is always good and cheaper there..Guess they have yam baskets and variety of chicken too..but not too sure about pai kuat.

But yes at Pantai Seafood at Jalan Chempaka, Damansara. Have tried their pai kuat and siew yook with special sauce. Very nice..Their snow crab is exclusive. A big one could fill 6 stomachs..About 250 for one.

I would highly recommend Dine Out at Taipan, a few doors away from Ayuthya Restaurant. Food is good and so is the setting. It takes your memory back to yester years! We take both our vegetarian and non-vegetarian friends there. Everyone gives a thumbs up!

Try Cheong Wah Seafood Restaurant in Bandar Puchong Jaya. Air-Cond, very reasonably price, delicious food but can be quite crowded on weekends. Accept reservations.

I particularly like their 'char yoke' (fried pork) and 'marmite phai kuat' (Marmite Pork Rib). They also serves "Hakka Phun Choi" but I heard so-so only, never tried it though.
