Do anyone of you patronise anyone one the exclusive coffee outlets? eg Coffee Bean Gloria etc. I find their coffees sinfully expensive, waste of money better buy a tin of expensive coffee at drink it at home.

I used to like to drink hot coco top from coffee bean. after so many times looking at their ways of making hot coco out of milk. one day I make it myself using normal cold milk, make it hot and mix with cadbury's chocolate. It taste exactly like those on coffee bean's. since then seldom go there liao.

One of my roommates in college...from taiwan always drink taiwan high mountain tea which he says cost about rm400 per dunno how many gram.

The taste is the most delicious tea I ever drink.

It taste so wangi (like very good cha wong), very smooth and when finish..your tekak will feel sweet. very strange eh...but it's true.

mon

Try some hot lemon tea, perhaps it could help soothe the throat. Recently bought some for a friend from Crabtree & Evelyn. Or make some Loh Han Koh..guess you pretty much know that drink already..

Honey Tea? You can mix some honey into the lemon tea if you have a tickle in your throat. Tried that and it worked but take it warm better..It has antibacterial properties too. If you smoke, you should stop. Just a suggestion..

Or how about Chamomile Tea? Or just lotsa warm water thruout the day..and stay away from fried and 'heaty' food.
