I have been to countless fortune teller n fung shui. The best fortune teller and fung shui is really...yourself. Your destiny is really in your own hands.

Why bother to trust some stranger? What ever your friends may tell you most fortune tellers are frauds and they are able to foretell the future is just commonsence. When a man approaches it's always money problems, if it's a woman it will be boyfriend or husband problems. just look at what you are doing wrong and plan your own future.if you are going to stay in M'sia you may consider marrying a malay & the future will have a silver lining at the horizon. :p

Agreed...fortune tellers are like politicians full of empty promises, dreams and lies. True happiness can only come from God. ;)

Why do ppl wanna know the future, so that they could control it? Or have an advantage over others so that their lives would be more meaningful? Personally I do not wish to have my life pre-destined. But leave it all in God's Hands.

You see, fortune tellers who cast astrology charts generally give out vague 'good news' to their customers. If they give out bad news, gone, they might lose their businesses..Or they would almost always have a plan B for you, if they told you your live needs 'amendments' or deliverance.. etc, you could do this, do that and do this again..

But that doesn't mean fortune tellers have never been right..sometimes thru coincidence, they might just tell you where you are coming from..

But just like the other professions, fortune telling do have some significance to some ppl..who choose to believe. :)

One problem when you seek a fortune teller is you will live your life in bondage. You'd be so pre-occupied to seeing the signs told that you may actually miss out on the many other blessings.

bingo! smart thinking there Jack. Is that 'quija' board 'game' sorta like fortune telling too? One of my neighbours in Melaka used to 'play' it with the whole family, and they would pray before that. Pretty freaky.

Ouija board (or 'cup') games has to do with connecting oneself to spirits. When they're at it, they can ask all kinds of questions and the spirit(s) will respond by moving the cup to some words on the ouija board. Yes, it can be a form of fortune telling as well. I would call these 'occult practices'. Please stay away from these as nothing good will come out of it.

I believe in feng shui more than in fortune telling......... :D
coz' my G's fader oso a feng shui practitioner........hehehe :D
But ain't it interesting.......all these stories about whether we can control our future and luck.......but frankly speaking.........i believe in feng shui to avert any bad luck coming......sometimes better believe than not......in Chinese we mostly have 'pantang' and religious practice to follow.......

Sometime last year......around March if i m not mistaken......I broke a cosmetic mirror belong to my G in one fine Sunday morning.......then we went out to jalan-jalan.........went back home after sometime.......then went out again to have dinner at ioi mall........roughly at 10pm going back home...........my car was heading toward the U-turn back to Bandar Puteri from ioi mall......then suddenly one unidentified car from nowhere hit my kancil from behind and like bumper car......... my car pusing 360 deg 3 or 4 times b4 hitting the divider on the 1st lane from the most right lane............by the time we came out (luckily we both wore safety belt......if not......I won't be here writing this stuff)...........the car went missing but I saw the road at the point of impact full of shattered glass.......definitely not from my car..............and lucky thing a tow truck stop by to lift us to the police station......... :)

So......what's the moral of the story........when u feel uneasy over some known 'pantang'........better take precaution and stay at home to prevent the disaster from striking.......lucky thing no one was injured then......i guess i m just plain lucky.......hehehe

Serious you want recommendations?

People can point you to 3, but be forewarned that all 3 will tell you a different fortune. Do you intelligently want to believe that ?
Same with so called fung shui masters. You yourself can be one after reading some books and let your creative mind run wild a bit. ( no offence to fung shui fans)

It's advisable to open up if one is feeling in the pit...talking and letting out frees one's spirit to see things clearer and hence respond in a more appropriate and refreshed manner.
Fortune tellers thrive on this to those who lack such avenues to open up.

I think it's a better bet talking to good buddies, family and established pastors or even the Befrienders.

Of course medically speaking, one may opt for a psychologist. Unfortunately, in bolehland, this may be taboo to some.

I hope your future works out very well for you.

GOD BLESS

But what i notice is most ppl when they reach a certain age.....they are more keen to believe in this type of belief........

For example......most of those senior staff in my company........loaded with money......poor in health........then they start to believe that must do more good deeds.......this are the ppl 'kiasi' as popular known in Singapore.......when faced with death or sickness.....only ppl start turn to religion and be more devoted......

I believe (my opinion......as what i observe in the ppl around me)......that when ppl faced with dilemma/problems/fear.........they tend to trust more in stuff they don't use to believe......for example GOD......another was future (when their career affected).......which is why alwiz we hope for something out of nothing as u can see why Lillian Too is so popular.......why NFO (Number Forecast Operators) booming with more n more ppl when economy is bad......everyone hope to strike rich or even have good luck coming their way..........sometimes we look for job also partly due to luck......at the right place at the right time......don't u think so.........and there are times I believe some of us might feel why one particular day so bad luck one.......everything we do oso not right.........eg. go to office met with accident......reach office heard the company go bankrupt.........then went back home.......husband/wife runaway with another fella........coincidence or pure bad luck.......your say!! As the saying goes (cantonese)......'Ngo yau lou.......chin yau mou......lou poh yau chau lou'........sometimes it happens but not to everyone....... :p

I have frens who don't believe and say hapie go lucky......if u believe in good luck........then u shud oso believe there's bad luck.......Tao sayings......yin and yang.......every elements have positive and negative nature.......hot and cold.......good and bad......what goes up will go down......if u say there's no such thing as future.....it is saying u oso don't believe in the past........and tend to forget of your past.......but ownself memories can be erase....but u cannot erase other ppl memories.....

So.....fortune telling......izit real?.......for u to find out......i m still searching........hehehe :D

Just my 2 cents......u can either choose to believe or not ;)

fortune tellers? having someone to tell that you're gonna fall sick next month...hmm, not for me...

answers to e/thng that's gonna happen/happended to you lies around you....take time to understand the surrounding signs...like the weather, the sound....its tealling you something...appreciate your surroundings, you will find the answer...

after all, everthing that happended always has its reasons...though sometimes reasons that is beyond your belief,....

I come to a conclusion of my own saying.........

I believe in fortune telling though i don't believe in any tom, dick or harry fortune teller
I believe in good luck though I don't believe there is any Mr/Ms Lucky who say so
I believe in myself though sometimes I have my doubts
I believe in doing good though I don't believe it will bring me any good

I m a bit blur myself....... :D

Okie....back to your question......i know of one in Klang.....opps Plaza Chi Liung.........if u r coming from KL towards Klang (using Federal Highway)......u will notice a row of shoplots before the Klang bridge (old bridge).......it is just after the Shell station.......there's another shell/bp station opps (Persiaran Sultan Ibrahim)........

Good or no good i donno......but it seems my grandma or anti-anti believe......so u decide for yourself....but most important is u yourself believe........and u decide whether things work better after u see him.......

Or u wanna see fengshui masters......i knew few of them......can arrange if u want......but i donno how much they charge.........it's up to u..... ;)

Or rather.....u read books yourself........u will have time to learn the trade and cost u cheaper.......but most of this fortune teller/fengshui master learn from a sifu.......who then recommend what type of books genuinely approach most true to the nature of fortune/feng shui seeking.......my G's fader took few years to study under the same sifu as Lillian Too......but the thing is she is more smart marketing her products than providing in-depth knowledge of feng shui.....that's what i heard.......u decide lor.....hehe :D

Then, there's also a lady (she got a shop selling crystal and also palm reading)......at Berjaya Times Square.......she came down to Puchong once and quite famous too......but famous or not.......i oredi forgotten her name........hehehe :D

going to a fortune teller is a harmless exercise.it is a form of therapy not unsimilar to attendng a shrinks clinic.

i think those who choose to go to a FT are at a crossroad in their life.just take the comments with a pinch of salt,it will be good fun having ur future displayed and analysed by the experts

argh.... first of all it's fortune teller.... (sorry hate to nitpick but spelling mistakes are like finger nails on a blackboard *cringe*)

i've been to one when i was a child, a fortune teller that is, i can't remember exactly where but i think it was near the old lim kok wing centre. Anyway, all she did was take a look at me and could tell a lot of things. She gave me a chinese "fu" and that was that.... she has passed away but her son has taken over the business.... i could ask around for you

my friend's mother also does this kind of stuff but unfortunately, she diversified her business to Scotland and does not come back very often. She could look at your face and tell you stuff like bankrupt before? got mistress? stuff like that.... she told me something about my dad and when i asked my dad he was quite shocked.

Well, guys...to not know whether what/how/when it's going to happen and get on with your live and face it if it's really happen is better than have to worry about it. Think about if a fortune teller says you are having a accident or lives will end. then what? spend all you fortune away? no need to work liao...waiting to die?

Though I have never been to see one, I agree with you. I think our destiny and others are very much both in our hands and our hearts. We can touch the lives of others IF we could all learn to enjoy the happiness of giving and feel the gratitude of receiving.

Ahem...as little as Orchi knows...fortune telling is within the person's past life experiences...present situations n future prospects...

Err...whereas FengShui revolves around the person's or objects' matters of co-existence...in relations with his or its environment n surroundings...

Err...until such time...when Orchi could learn more...n master the arts...n the many differences between the two...ahem...this message is posted...FREE of any charges...:D

Ahem...when the time comes...

Err...for one's requirement of Fortune Telling...Orchi shall charge from the minumum rate of 3.60 per session...

n...for one's requirement in FengShui...Orchi shall charge from the minimum rate of 360 per session...

I don't mind an hr of FT as long as the ROI annually at 200% :D .......Geometry series......

Yr 1 = RM1000
Yr 2 = RM2000
Yr 3 = RM4000
Yr 4 = RM16000
Yr 5 = RM32000
Yr 6 = RM64000
Yr 7 = RM128000
Yr 8 = RM256000
Yr 9 = RM512000
Yr 10 = RM1,024,000
.......
Yr n = RM 1000(2)pwr (n-1)

After 20 yrs of looking into my future and making ROI of 200%.....i m able to b quite rich even though paying u at RM3.60 per minutes = RM37,843,200 after 20 yrs..............hahahahaha :D

RM1,048,576,000.00 at yr 20......accumulation of yrly ROI will be a lot lor...... ;)

First thing I'll ask.......what's the 4D number coming out for the next subsequent 1000 draws........just kena RM500,000 for 1000 times cukup lar.........me not very greedy one..... :D

Recently, a case of 4 girl students in a school in Brunei admitted playing the game. It became public because it seems they played the board game during the Chinese 7th moon and the whole school was affected by fainting and hysteria. There were 2 deaths and it took His Majesty The Sultan of Brunei to visit the site personally and 'communicate' with the spirits.... I am not kiddin and I'll try and search for the various newspaper coverage on this and post it here.

Dear Green Bug, This is very interesting. Pls send link. If we believe there are good spirit, there must be also alot more bad spirits floating around. Don't play, play.
We used to have these type of hysteria problems in the girls dorm in USM years ago. They even have to call the Bomoh. This only happens during study week.
Back to the FT topic, alot of us have gone thru 'pit bottoms' & hardship in our lives. Examples, terrible boss, limited income, bad luck etc. The weird thing is normally, it all happens one after another. Why add to the problem by wasting money on FT whom you still need to pay ?
Save the money and be patient. I think the bad luck will pass.
My 1 cent opinion. :)

Once, there was this fortune teller who goes door to door. He so happens to visit the house of the girl that I was going out with at that time and the mum invited him in for a prediction for her daughter.

This fortune teller, told the mum that the guy the daughter was going out with only want to play play only, nothing serious. The next day, I was confronted and asked to prove my sincerity by signing my bachelorhood away on the dotted line after dating only for a few months.

Naturally, I cabut lah. So are fortune tellers prediction correct - you tell me??!!

When a woman sees a fortune teller its about love and marriage and for a man its all about $$$$$$$$ ..most times, no?
